Terms of Service
Last updated: October 3, 2026
These terms govern your use of Skootly, a Chrome extension and web service operated by Kim C. Dang LLC. By using Skootly you agree to them.
The service
Skootly helps Skool community owners and admins approve membership requests and save membership answers to their own Google Sheet. You must be an owner or admin of the Skool community you use Skootly with, and you are responsible for following Skool's terms and any laws that apply to the member information you collect.
Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Trials, billing and cancellation
New accounts may get a free trial. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time from your account page, and access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before you subscribe.
Your data
Data written to your Google Sheet belongs to you. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty
Skootly depends on Skool and Google, which can change their products at any time. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Kim C. Dang LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Skootly in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll post the new date above. Continuing to use Skootly means you accept the updated terms.
